hi guys, can we send medical after sending the 485 package.
i am trying to add my wife and my gc may come any time, so i don want to loose even a single day. i would like to file her 485 immediately as medical may take couple of days. Can i send medical sunsequently? will that create an rfe later?

yes u can send medicals later. thats what I also did...by the way whats ur PD?
FYI- if PD > Jan 01, 2002 you cannot apply for her 485.

btw can she get a letter from a doctor in india saying that her tb tests have been done and its negative? will that help when the local doctor creates report in US?

i am in eb2 i guess i am fine for retro atleats for now

i doubt a doctors letter from India will work. Normally they want the TB test to be done inside US.
