Is there any "valid until" dates for the medical tests before we submit it to the INS?

I didn't get any RFE, but just wondering if I could do the tests before RFE is issued and keep the records?

Yes. The medical tests must be dated within 12 months of before you submit it to INS. Once you submit it, then it is good 4ever.

Nooooo...
But just wondering if I can do my medicals and keep them so I dont delay if there is an RFE. I think I might get a RFE for medical, since I hadn't completed some parts of it 'coz I was pregnant and couldn't take some immunization shots.

Wow I can imagine why you choose your nick ;). Ok, you are asking a pregnant lady question to a born bachelor who winked at the nurse soon as he was born .. my guess would be yes the same rules should apply, but I am not sure, I say we need others to comment on this. ... but as far as I know I haven't heard otherwise. (Better than giving wrong info huh?).

If it doesn't get answered on this board (which I doubt), I will ask Rajiv.

PS: I have heard folks get RFE's about medical in your situation.

Anybody had an RFE on medical ?
If yes, anyone know if the RFE mentions that the tests should not be earlier than a specified date?

Thanks

You can take the shots now and keep/submit the records if its asked thats perfectly fine as long as you get an RFE within one year of that report

no personal comments please :D :D
