As far as I know internship is not a requirement, (I know one of my relative who didnt do the internship is now doing the exam). In the post its says this "Yes you can take Medical council exam after you earned u r degree" Its clearly says he can take the exam after the degree, Secondly its says this "But I think US exam will be easier if you have internship experience but since u r preparing for the final exam of u r country I think US exam would be easier for you" And Yes I didnt tell him directly but there were so many clues that which internship I talks about. Plus he should know without the exam no country would allow an internship.
Sure lets rest this, my apologies if I conveyed the wrong information.
