Medical RFE

My wife has got a RFE for medical.
they r asking to redo form I-693 and supplement for vaccinations.
Her RD - 01/10/01
ND - -1/11/01

I have already got my approval 2 yrs back.
Can anybody let me know , if medical RFE is a regular routine check or something major??

Her Medical Report is too old for them to consider, when did she do her medicals before. Anyway redo the medicals and send it to them, you will see the approval within two weeks. I dont think there is no grounds for you to get panic
