Medical RFE: Please help!

Hi All,

I received my medical RFE recently. I was pregnant when I filed for my I-485 and hence had not completed my TB Test and one vaccine. The wording for RFE is a little bit confusing. I had done the rest of the tests. They are asking me explicitly to complete the TB Test and vaccination now. I am assuming my HIV and other tests remain valid from last time.

They have returned my Original I-693 medical Form and the Original Supplemental Vaccine Report form in a sealed envolope (it says - only to be opened by a Civil Surgeon). Now when I go to the civil surgeon, does he have to write a NEW I-693 or is he supposed to write on the Original Returned I-693? Same question applies to the Supplemental Vaccination Report form. Anybody in this situation?

----- go to doctor who earlier did the medicals and he knows what to write and will compleate the form, show him what RFE you recieved and give him the envelope, he needs to compleate TB and other test and will fill up the info
Could you please let me know?
