Medical results for I-485 interview

I have been notified for an interview for I-485 in the Norvolk center VA. The letter indicates that I need to bring the medical exam results, Form 693. All I have on the meidcal results is the green copy of Form 693 and a supplement of immunolization record. Also it was done in July 2001 when I applied for I-485 three years ago. Do I need more documents or redo the medical exam for the interview? Thanks if you can kindly provide suggestions.

I would get a second medical test

First of all, congratulations on finally reaching the I-485 interview stage after three years of waiting.

Is your green copy of Form 693 sealed? If not, I would go get a second medical exam from the Civil Surgeon and have him/her seal the results for the USCIS' review. Be sure to bring the green copy of your Form 693 and immunization record with you to the Civil Surgeon's office.

Again, the paperwork in your possession may be apropos for the interview. However, at this critical stage in your I-485 journey, I would not leave anything to chances.

You could also contact the USCIS Office and ask the rep for his/her opinion. However, given the vague and sometimes irresponsible responses they give out, I would not really rely on the USCIS customer service reps, either.

Good luck and let us know how your interview goes.

If you do not mind spending another few hundred bucks, then just get another test, plus you will get the latest shots, so that is always good.

Thanks

Thanks a lot for your suggestions. We finished our second medical exams last week. Just like what you guys said, try to be safe and wish for the best.
