I went for my medical check ups and i found out that i have TB but is not active. My question is how strict are the USCIS when it comes to medical reports. Any other diseases i should be aware of.

There are many classifications of TB. Go thru the TB classifications in the below link

cdc.gov/ncidod/dq/pdf/civil_surgeons_ti.pdf

Refer Page 22. Civil surgeon will not sign if it is "Class A–Pulmonary TB Disease, Active, Infectious". For rest other TB's you are good to go with immigration.

It is recommended to take medication for latent tb.
