Medical question

I need to get medical done for my wife's 485.. she is on internship in another state... which is out of TSC jurisdiction... Can I get the medical done for her from an USCIS authorized doctor from her current residence and file her 485 at TSC...or do I need the doctor from TSC jurisdiction area... Can anyone please clarify..

I think so, but I'm not sure. Why don't you ask your lawyer

Even I think so too. My case was filed from Atlata GA. But I got my medical done in Indiana. Also the USICS site says that it has to be done by an authorized Dr. It does not state that the Dr. has to be in the same Service Centre Juridiction

I believe any authorized Dr is fine,

Try and prefer if it can be done within TSC zone.
