Is it OK to submit INS medical months after I-485 submittal?

No .. cannot do it..

I think (I am not sure) they have no way of attaching your medical files to your 485 application !

Sometimes they may even refuse to accept your I-485 application because it is incomplete. But looks like in your case they did accept it !

It just doesnt make any sense to send medicals (or any other documents ) separately ..

Instead just wait for an RFE .. which has a Barcode and that way you are sure.

Yes, you can !! I applied I-485 Nov.01 and submitted medical on Dec02 and you know what , we did not get medical RFE and our cases approved !!
 
We applied for I-140/I-485 in December'2002 but we didn't send the medical reports.
1.Can we send medical Examination reports after we applied for I-485? or we should wait for INS notice to send the medical reports?
2. Our child is in india, Can we get medical reports from india or she has to be here in USA for the medica examination?she has applied for I-485.
3.If we can send the medical reports when should we send those?

Actually, our legal dept. told me to do the medical MONTHS after I485 since they say it will expire w/in 12 months. Is this true? Has anybody been told to do a 2nd medical exam after 12 months?
