Urgent please

If anyone has similar experience please share with me.I would really appreciate for your help.
Mom has interview soon at US embassy for by graduation(B2).She had a surgery of brain in past(10 yrs) and left with one sided weakness that is visible. We have very strong background here and in our country as well. She has her mother alive and all three children with grand children are back home.We have her medical insurance and her doctor's fit to travel letter with clarification of the disease.Basically, she doesn't have any acute problem and that we made it very clear to the embassy.
1.How likely that she will get the visa?
2.Anything else we can do to convince them?

Thanks.:)

Hi, I know your wife's brain surgery. After surgery they are all right. What problem. You are think a positive. I thinking you they are getting a visa.

Her disability does not disqualify her for a visa. She will be subject to the same screeens as someone who is not disabled. Having health insurance helps overcome the concern that she would become a public charge.
