Medical for CP - Is it reqd. for my children who r US citizens

My papers were just forwarded to the US consulate and i was wondering that when i do go for my CP interview, would my children who are US citizens required to do their medicals before the interview ?

Immigrant visa processing at a US Consulate is for non-US Citizens.
As far as I know US citizens need not submit immigration forms/pay process fee/go through medical etc.

No, they are not subject to the medical tests.

You will however need to carry their birth certificates and their US passports to the interview.
