Medical for 485???

FP - Nov 14, 2003 - Cleared on Dec 1, 2003

I did not submit my Medical according to my attorney as, he believed that it will expire in 1 year and he was not sure if I will get my GC in 1 year.
This is the update I have on the USCIS website.

"On October 18, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

Are they asking for my medical???

How much time does it take for the 485 approval after I submit my Medical?

My friend who submitted medical report after RFE got his 485 approved in 2 weeks.

i got the RFE yesterday 21st Oct.

It was medical and employment verification.

They asked me to provide a current letter from the employer, stating my position, hire date and Salary, W2's, and Pay stubs.

did u get the rfe in mail or ur lawyer got it? I also got RFE on my 485 on 19th Oct and waiting for it to arrive in mail.
