Hi
I just received the NL from KCC.
I am already in the US but will go back to France for the interview.
Is it possible for me to take the medical examination from within the US?instead of taking it in France?If yes,what documents do I need?

First of all do not rush! one thing at a time!
At first send back your documents to KCC. (be careful to be correct on what you write on DS230 & DSP 122)
Then when your number is current (October 2009 according to your posts), a month prior you will receive the 2nd NL with all the panel physicians in France. There will not be too much time between the medical and the interview (15-20 days) so you may travel to France earlier for both. I don't think that's possible for you to do the medical in the US.
 
You have to do the medical in the France. Make sure to have all vaccination at this time (do a search for vaccination chart in the forum).
 
What if you get a NL in the USA and are there on a visa...do you have to get the medical in The Netherlands, although you live here year round? Also th person will apply for change of status.
