Medical Examination under maiden name

So we were 'smart enough' to try to accelerate the process and get the medical examination done before we got married since the waiting time was really long for the 1st and 2nd appointment. After the wedding I decided to take my husbands name but of course the medical examination is under my maiden name. Do you guys think that will be a problem? I really hope we don't have to pay the fee again. Should we just wait to see if we get an RFE?

You shouldn't get any RFE for that.

Your marriage certificate is the proof of your change of name if you choose to use your husband's last name as yours.

In one of the forms, I think is the G-325a you must include your maiden name.
