Medical examination Question

Thank you all for your suggestions in advance.

I am planing on submitting I-485 now but I am not sure whether I can do it without sending the medical examination togather at this moment. I plan to send the medical examination at a later time since it suppose to expire after 1 year, which is far less than the time required for the process.

--- Not true USCIS extended the policy long back and medicals will be valid till I-485 gets approved
which is far less than the time required for the process
