Hi Gurus,

Could some one point me to a list of exhaustive list of all the doctors approved by INS to perform Medical Examination to apply for I-140?

Click on "Adjust of status (I-485)
Click on "Medical Examination"
Click on the link for "civil surgeon in your area"

The lists on the website are all outdated.

Your best option is to dial the INS customer service number 1-800-375-5283. Follow the menu options and enter your zip code. The automated system will give u the list of doctors closet to you.

I don\'t think you need medical for I-140. Medical is for I-485. What state are you in? I can fax you the copy if you are in NY
