Medical Examination experience ???

My question will maybe seem childish, but I would like to know what is the medical exam all about. I know that they will be vaccinations, blood analyzes, but what else.
If somebody who had had an exam not a long time ago could answer my question, it'll be very appreciated !!!

The test are mostly to do with vaccination/TB(depending on country of origin) Blodd test (this includes AIDS test).

There is no physical examination as such carried out( at least i did not go through)

Its a complete ripoff not worth the $250 i paid
apart from the blood work and TB test (i had all my vaccinations)
I wasted 3 hours, 2.5hrs of just waitiing
all the doctor did was take my temperature and listen to my heart and lungs
thats it
