Medical exam waiting period before approval

Hi, I did my medical exam in early Feb and I am still waiting for my landing papers (interviewes are waived). Does anyone know how long does it usually take to get landing papers after the medical exam? My case is in Buffalo.. I know somone just waited for a month.
