Medical exam question. Please respond asap

My RD is 6/1/01 and I didn\'t send my medicals with my I-485(lawyer choice!)
Therefore I am expecting a RFE about medicals.
Question: can I do the medicals next week and have them ready when I get the RFE? Do you see any problem with this?
I am just trying to save some time and have the medicals ready when RFE arrives and it seems VSC is moving pretty fast these days, so they may send me the notice in the next 2-3 weeks.
Does the doctor need the INS notice asking for medicals?

can go ahead have medicals...

they are good for 1 year. make sure it\'s all sealed when u get results back from doctor\'s office....just what INS instruction says

I think your lawyer did not take it seriously. As per the rule Medical reports should go along with 485 otherwise the package is incomplete. They may send back your 485 package and you have to submit the medical along with 485 or they will put RFE for medical reports. It is all depends upon the officer. Some of the officers are nice some of them are not. So you just pray for a good officer !!!
