Medical Exam [I 693]: Timesensitivity to file?

you medical exam will only valid for a year.
so....time it right, dont' do it too early before you file your application. ;)
 
I believe that the medical exam remains valid for a year after it is carried out. Is there any reason why you would want to delay filing the papers afterwards?
