If you have all of your vaccine paperwork, then medical exams can be done within the same day with the needed blood work and forms filled by the doctor. You may receive the blood results within 2/3 business days and then the doctor will send you the forms (in a closed envelope for USCIS & give you a separate copy in hand to you). This was my spouses experience.
