Medical exam done, but physician\'s name not on the list

Hello, there
I need some help here. I had my medical examination done last week, after that I received the latest physician list (dated 99/10) from my lawyer. I unfortunately didn\'t find either my physician\'s or his clinic\'s name on that list, but his name was definitely on a alder version list (dated 97/5). I\'m now confused and don\'t know what to do. I already paid this physician. But I feel uncomfortable knowingly the Doctor\'s name not on the latest list. Did anyone here have the same situation or experience on this kind of situation? Can any one kindly give some suggestion?Any input is appreciated

You should contact the physician\'s office and tell them exactly what you wrote here (that is the name not being on the list.) I am sure they are not suppose to conduct an INS physical exam if not authorised by the INS.) Let them clarify it for you.
My personal guess is that as long as that physician was on list on the date you got the exam done, you should be OK.
