All of my family members including myself got our green cards on 09/15/2009 and have been residing in US continuously since then. Now my elder son is 22 year old and he has to go to India for his medical education (MBBS) and it takes five and half years to finish the course. My question is
1.What are his various options in order to preserve his permanent residence status here ,while studying as a full time undergraduate medical student abroad? Is it re entry permit only? OR frequent visits at less than 6 months to US?
