CT doctors charge ~$300 mostly

Most CT doctors charge heavily. $200 to $250 Eval + $100 for tests/vaccines

A suggestion

I took it at Sears Portrait Studio. Check if you have one in your area. One snap (2 photos) cost ~$16. The more snaps (per person) lesser the charge. 4 snaps (8 photos) cost about ~$38.

Hi Just$$,

 They will charge 270 dollars including vaccines. IF I have any document stating that I had those vaccines before, then they charge 180 dollars. I asked them what are the vaccines that I need so that I can get the document from India and receptionist replied me first take the appointment and we will tell at the time of tests what are the vaccines I need. So I understand they want to charge first. Can you post some details about what vaccines I need so that I can get this document from India.
Did you go this doctor and How did u handle this.

I am done with this doctor, sealed letter received.
Get letters from india saying u had vaccinations at time of birth
for 1.MMR &
    2.DPT.
Tell them u had chicken pox in past. That should take care of 3rd Vaccination. U dont need then.
Also you need Blood test to show negative result for HIV and RPR, try to get them done thru\' your Primary Care. Insurance covers that.
Also You can go for personal checkup and ask doctor u wanna x-ray for
chest as general checkup(if u above 27 age, they agree).
Else get TB test done from the doctor and go for x-ray if hand swollen.

Form I-693 needs to filled by doctor as per below test:
Doctor: Hui Xue Lui 3 Lincoln Highway, Rt.27, Edison, 08820, NJ

Physical Examination:
100$ per person, cannot avoid.

Forms Fill Assistance:
25$ per person, Form I-693 provided by doctor.

Blood Test:
You need Blood test to show negative result for HIV and RPR, try to get them done thru\' your Primary Care, covered by Insurance.
Charge: 80$ for Blood Test at some other place that doctor will refer you to go to, on Inman Ave, Edison.

TB-X-Ray:
Also You can go for personal checkup and ask doctor u wanna x-ray for
chest as general checkup(if u above 27 age, they agree), covered by Insurance.
Else get TB test done from the doctor and go for x-ray if hand swollen.
Charge: 50$ for TB Test.
               80$ for x-ray(if hand swollen after 48 days).

Vaccinations:

As per 3rd Vaccination, tell the doctor u had chicken pox in past. That should take care of 3rd Vaccination. U dont need this shot then.

DPT no longer in stock in entire US, given only in emergency operations at hospitals.
And you can get MMR done by Primary Physician, tell doctor you need Preventive Medications,
covered by Insurance.

Else Doctor will charge some 50-80$ per shot, i got above from india.

I am done with this doctor, sealed letter received.
