MEDICAL CRISIS need to join family in US for support.

My wife and 2+year old son are US citizen. My I-130 was filed a week ago. Is there any provision or category that could help me join them asap, even before I-130 is processed, considering my child's medical situation. He was born in Canada with complications, been through 2 surgeries. His medical reports clearly shows that he needs special care and monitoring which is very difficult for one person to take care. My wife works and takes care of our son too. He has to be monitored every 3 hours during a day. What are the chances for me to join them even as a visitor to support in care. Mind that K-3 is not the option as we were married in Canada and I am now back to Pakistan. K-3 has to be applied from the country where marriage was held.

I doubt you can get a B visa as this in non immigrant visa and you have case in process

Humanitarian parole is seldom given,

The processing time is 90 days and has to be granted by the dept of state

Sorry I do not hold out much hope as the same thing happened to my son. Youi you seek proper legal advise asap
