Hello,

Is there a way to keep somebody's parents in the US permanently on medical grounds? The parents are in India right now but it could be proven that US would be better for medical reasons.

has there been any precedence? any guidance would help. Even if permanent stay is not possible, extended stay would mean a lot.

It can be proven that US would be better than India, just not for medical reasons but for many other reasons. But how can someone say permanently/long time based on that?
