Medical clearance in india for I-485

My wife is currently in india and has to stay there for a couple months.
For filling I-485, i need to get medical clearance for her. Can she get it done in India ?
If anyone has done this or knows details on how to find the doctors recognized by BCIS in Hyderabad, India, please let me know.

Also is it advisable to get it done in India (any problem with INS).

She cannot get a medical done in India. Moreover, she cannot file the I-485 from India. And if you lose your non-immigrant status, she cannot return to the US to file the I-485. Careful.
