Hi,

How long does it take to get the medical reports for I 485?

How to find INS approved doctors?
Is it same as the INS civil Surgeons?

they would take blood test and skin test(to test TB) exam, applicant would need to go back withn two days, if skin test positve applicant would need chest-xray to be taken (don't worry x-ray is normal procedure). after same day they would give u sealed envlope.

It depends on whether you have all required vaccinations. I suggest that you first check with a doctor of your choice whether he/she will accept your vaccination record from abroad. Usually they do accept if papers have doctor's name/address on your records. It may be a good idea first to get such a paper from your doctor abroad if you do not have it with you.
If you do not have some of required vaccinations, an Immigration doctor has to administer them to you for a fee before he/she signs your form. This may delay your receiving your paperwork in time, and the cost of these vaccinations is high and your medical insurance company most probably will not reimburse it. One of my friends ended up spending about $2,000 for his medical form simply because he did not have his records from his home country and he had to receive all the vaccinations from the Immigration doctor.
