I got my pwd within 2 weeks from chicago, but my lawyer had submiited somewhere after march 8th.
I got a level 2(i get paid 5k more) and svp 8, job zone 4 assigned to my job description in which the employer required MS and 6 mo of exp. and i have MS and 1 yr exp.I do not know why my lawyer chose 6 mos , it does look odd.
My lawyer thinks eb2 and i had asked him too many questions that he refused to answer any more.
I had intially planned to apply by april but i got cold feet after seeing all the denials and i am just waiting right now.My ads expire by the end of aug, so i need to apply by then or re advertise.
I am not clear on these issues :
clearly the emplyer requires more thn wht the onet suggests so that means audit?
and what should the answer to q h12 be?i see so many different answers to that....
and if i apply now and get denied how would that affect the H1B renewal?
Do any you know exactly what kind of documents are required to show Business necessity?
and to answer some of the PIN questions-i got the pin in hrs and the password too.
