Hello,
My I-140 is approved after an ability to pay RFE.
Following are the details
PD Nov'2003
ND/RD 140/485 last week of Oct'2004
RFE Ability to pay May'6'2005
Submitted response on July'5'2005 n approved on July'14'2005.

All out there, who are waiting (just like I am waiting for 485) my sincere wishes.

Can you tell me officer's code who worked on your I-140..?

I also got RFE for Ability to pay on May 25 and we replied back on Jun 10. But no updates since then.

I am desperatly waiting for my I-140 approval.
May god help me.
