MD_ROCK..... quick question- anybody can reply...

Guys,

In one of the recent post from MD_Rock... I read him saying that we can change the 'filed category' from Eb3 to Eb2. I am in a similar situation -

** Filed in Eb3.
** LC only matches Eb3. LC substitution case.
** 140 approved - 1 yr back
** Personal profile - education + exp. - exceeds Eb2 qualification.
** Working on EAD and have filed AC21.

MD_Rock....or anybody who knows about shifting this (Eb3->Eb2) - please let me know the process.

As far I know if the job requirement (Qualification and Experience) for which LC is approved needs EB2 then one can switch from EB3 to EB2. Even though you qualify for EB2 now , you may not change to EB2 if original job requirement (Qualification and Experience) was for EB3.
 
You can always switch from EB2 to EB3 but not vice versa!!!!
