MCA from India Android Developer TN visa?

I have done BCA and MCA from India and it is recognized as bachelor's and masters of computer applications in Canadian equivalency.

I have been working as Android developer and was wondering if anyone has done MCA and successfully obtained TN visa with Engineer or computer system analyst category?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

These must first be evaluated for US equivalency. Canadian equivalency, while encouraging, means nothing to US officials.

In any event, you would eventually be applying for a CSA job, not engineering.

Yes, you can qualify for a TN visa under the Computer Systems Analyst category with a BCA and MCA, especially if they are recognized as equivalent to Canadian degrees. Make sure your job duties align with system analysis, not just software development. The Engineer category is not valid under TN unless it fits another visa type.

Again, for a TN, a non-North American degree must be equivalenced to a US degree.
