May we need do TB test?

Dear all
I have received the intent to deny letter today because TB test was not
properly handled when submitted exmamination last time. Since my TB test was positive seveal years ago and the civil surgeon ask us to do x-ray only when we file 485. BOth my wife and I x-ray is normal. What can we do rigiht now?! Ask the doctor to explain why we dit not need TB test? Or ask for TB test? However, my wife is pregnant. I wonder she can not do TB recently. Any suggestion?

One +ve TB test and you don't need more. You will need a chest X-ray. Might be that the doctor did not document clearly. Either way take the forms back to the doc, they might need a new X-ray though.

Oh, I guess your pregnant wife should skip both the test and the X-ray, a copy of the old X-ray and an explanation that she is pregnant should suffice.

Hi I612,
Do you think a copy of X-ray needs to be attached along with the I-485 filing ?
 
Not sure if they want the X ray itself, they will want the report for sure. In the medical form there should be instructions written. I recall something there about X rays but I might be wrong. Nowadays they can burn the X-rays on CD too and I am not sure if USCIS will accept those either.

Yes, your doctor should have done this from the very beginning. He wasted your time. The USCIS needs to see the reaction in mm and that the test was taken. They don't care if you say you took it before and it was positive-THEIR OWN immigration doctor has to take it and show the results.
