I know for sure, it is not a trivial task keeping track of all the bits and pieces for everybody.
You are the man of the year jointly with CIBA.

On the frustrating side=> It is unbelievable that we do not have any AD even for May 2001 people as of almost 1 st December 2001.
In fact only 24 out of 72 ( 33%) of folks who filed in April 2001 have got their AD.
That means we have a backlog from 10th April 2001.

When is that flood of approvals coming ? (I have already spent big money for flood insurance.....)
