No change LUD change for I-140

Hi greencard_2004. Your case and mine is almost similar. Only thing I got LUD change on 10/27/04 to 1/10/2005 only on I-485 for me and my wife, no LUD change on 1-40 so far.

I am not sure was 1/10/2005 also a mass update. not sure

Our cases are almost identical. My RD is 07/02/04. I have no LUD on I-140. I-485 LUD on 10/27 and 12/15. Still no FP notice though? Any idea why? I live in CA.

Have u checked up with ur attorney? Thy might not have send you the curtesy copy? or did you change ur address after filing ur case?

I don't know why. Called my attorney and CIS 800 number a few times, all of them tried to bullshit me. Maybe they had no clue too. Just hope my I -140 gets processed soon.

I do hope things are positive (considering my 485 LUD was also updated yesterday). To date, as far as I know an update on 485, without an update on 140, is simply a MUD of LUD (some internal book-keeping by USCIS?).
 
Hi,

I had multiple LUD changes on my I-485 without a single LUD change on my I-140 before getting an RFE on my I-140. I am not sure whether this is necessarily a mass update.

This is how my case went ...
I-140/I-485 RD - 04/05/2004
I-485 LUDs - 10/27 , 12/07 , 12/10 , 12/11 , 12/14
I-140 LUDs - 12/14 , 12/16 ( RFE ) , 12/29 ( RFE received ) , 1/07 (Approved)

I hope this helps and I sincerely wish that nobody gets an RFE and everybody gets approval notices ...

you bet. The uscis customer service people at 1800-375-LATE knows nothing but reading from the USCIS website. Just called them.

2) EB2 - 140 & 485 RD Sept Mid ( Labour PD - Before Jan 2002 ). This case is approved in This week.
