May I work for my current company on H1B and part time work for another company on my EAD?

May I work for my current company on H1B and part time work for another company on my EAD? Or I have to give up my H1B and use my EAD to work for both of them?

Any suggestion?

HIB becomes invalid !!!

Once you USE the EAD, let it be for part-time or fulltime, your existing and valid H1B becomes invalid....

Again, this is my opinion, may want to talk to an attorney....
