May I return to work on my EAD, after using AP to re-enter US?

May I return to work using my EAD card, after re-entering the US on AP? Or do I stop working until my GC is approved? I am asking on behalf of my cousin: she has a job working with her EAD, and she is travelling home for 2 weeks with AP. Assuming she is allowed to re-enter the US on the AP, can she return to her job?

Yes, she can return to her job using EAD. That is the whole purpose of EAD and AP.
