The message there has not changed since my finger print. My RD is in july and was wondering whay the message hasn\'t changed. Can anyone give me the IIO number so that I can talk to somebody and find out what\'s going on

You have to call this number to talk to IIO during working hours you will get 4 options and one of them is to talk to IIO.
