Inconsistency is the name of the game with VSC. For example, my friend had his I-140 RD in 4/01 and his I-140 AD was on the same day as mine: 9/10/01. My I-140 RD was beginning of 03/ 01. He\'s all set with FP, and I\'m still waiting. It all depends on the person assigned to your case, just like any other place of work.
