Understand EB3 China, PD doesn't change, however Can my wife apply I-485 based on my nationality (Indonesia)?

Nationality doesn't matter. If your place of birth is other then China and India, your wife can file I-485.

Its the same 08 May 2001 for India

Only EB3 Row and EB3 Philipines moved one year forward
