Sorry to hear.
If he/she took all their belongings and left, then that is a clear indication that they left you.
If that is not the case, try to make sure your spouse is OK. i.e. he/she was not kidnapped, injured etc.
I do not think you can cancel his/her GC.
If you can get evidence that he/she married you just for the GC, then you could inform USCIS and let them take action. But, it would be virtually impossible to get that evidence.
Other than that, I do not think you can do anything to your spouse's GC.
