Very frustrated and sad about this unfair and unjust delay in releasing guidelines/memo(whatever). Also VSC should never have put company name cases
on hold if they were not expecting the memo in a reasonable amount of time. They should
have followed the methods adopted by CSC for handling such cases.
All our cries for help are falling on deaf ears.

I had spoke to Adjudication Officer yesterday and was told that the memo was sent to the Commisoner for signature. It will be just a matter of days before they are out!!

Thanks PSS. I hope and and pray that they are telling you the truth.
Your posts of May 8 and May 23 on this issue had given me some hope but
INS has become an expert in singing a new tune everyday

Good. Lets hope this isn\'t one more \'False hope\'. When you say Adj. Off., did you mean an Adj. Off. at the INS HQ or at VSC ? Thanks
