Just wanted to keep u informed that I got an RFE today, no idea on the contents. Hoping that something good happens at NSC.

LUD change

Might be a good day today. I am seeing a change in the Last Updated Date for:

My I-485
Spouse's I-485 (added after-the-fact)
My I-131
Spouse's I-131

The I-131s have been pending for a while (filed in December 04) but I went for my first fingerprinting on February 1st and that might have triggered for all 4 to be packaged together. The LUD is today, it is the first date change for all documents except my spouse's I-485. She saw a LUD change earlier after her fingerprinting. I have not seen an email to to me yet.

I will keep you informed as this might be a common situation and, I know, there are many other May '03 filers out there.

Hello Guys,

My and my spouse cases were approved yesterday. We got the emails this morning at 7.51a.m.

Here are our case details.

PD: 28JAN2003
RD: 16JUN2003
AD: 23FEB2005

Statuses were updated when the Finer print results were received and when we sent the AR-11 form.

I would like to handover the 16JUN2003 tracker somebody. If some body interested take ownership of that. I am attaching the excel document that was up to date as of today. I made 2 sheets one for approved cases and one for pending cases.

I also updated rupnet with my info with userid GCUSER2

Got RFEs

Me and my wife got RFEs for BC, Marraige & Employment.

RFE was issued on 2/25 by USCIS.
recently we got details from my lawyer.
 
My Response to RFE received by USCIS on 4/22.
There has been LUD Change on 4/22, 4/25, 4/27..
I am keeping my fingers crossed.
 
Good Luck Lakshya,Finally my gc journey is over, two days back i have received my Green Card(Plastic card) without stamping after interview in pittsburgh.
