We are following almost same patterns

We all have filed I 485 in May/June' 03. and getting FP almost after 1 year

rkolmi, Edy Yu, bhag11, betsy got their FP in March ' 04 and kumarss in Jan' 04 .

At least it can be predicted that we are not going for second FP.
Considering 15 months as expiration of FP we should be approved by June'05 or earlier (I prefer earlier :) )

Lets keep our fingres crossed and wait for some more inputs from our May/June' 03 filers friends help us make some conclusions.

did you talk with your attorney about your finger prints notice, still i have not received FP. :mad:
 
No Suryapet....
I was about to write/ask him.
But after looking to thios pattern of FP, I decided to wait for some more time.
 
Are all Apr-May-June.... 2003 filers here, concurrents?

My analysis shows, latest non-concurrents get I-485s aprvd in 23-24 months.
Eventhou, Concurrents commenced in June 2002, 1st concurrent in the forum was a 2002-Dec.
We need to track the first I485 approval of a concurrent filer (out of pilot projects).
Story I heard in Murty .com is, for concurrents, it takes 20 months in FY2004, 15 months in FY2005. Story of 20 months, tallies with the 570-600 day period as it appears on the INS website.
If that is true, Apr-2003 concurrent filers should be approved in Nov-2003.

Actually I wanted to email/ask my lawyer but seeing this FP pattern decided to wait for some more time.
