May 2003 i140/485 Concurrent Filers VSC

end of tunnel - I am in same boat as you i.e. I got labor approved for future employment.

Applied for 140,485 and EAD Concurrent for my wife and myself.
 
I have mailed my documents on May 20 for concurrent filing. Will update the forum once I receive any confirmation from INS.

Hi guys, Is this true that if your category is EB2, the EAC number will be EAC-02-xxxxxxx and for EB3, it will be EAC-03-XXXXX.

Mine should be EB2, but my EAC number is EAC-03-XXXXX. Does it matter?

Please comment...
 
Hi guys,

Due to very limited number of applicants in the month of May, I am starting a new tread named April-May-June concurrent filers to view the larger number of cases filed before and after may, 03.

So please start updating that threat to have a better view of the cases being processed at different period of time.

I am new to this forum and will be filing concurrent I140-485 soon, can someone please let me know how long it is taking now-a-days to get 140, EAD, AP and 485 approved?
