Oh and one more thing that rupnet does not have: I had called up for an inquiry about 3 weeks back. The NSC person said I would hear from VSC within four weeks.

Friends were telling me conflicting stories about the "inquiry." Some said it works and a couple of their friends had approvals after sending an inquiry. Some other friends said that all it got them was some lame "pending" response.

I guess, in my case it did the trick.
