I just called the 1800 # and got the same old answer(An officer will take your case soon and then only you get your fp .....) :mad:

I sent the FAX to following 2 #s. :( :confused:

TSC ignores our faxes

I used to try faxing once a week for the FP request in August and September, but TSC never replied to my request with one word. We 2001 and 2002 filers have been screwed up by TSC for a long time. Have you guys seen one of today posts that one very lucky applicant got approval in three months. I'd like to congratulate to the guy but meanwhile I just fell we are unfairly treated by TSC and we also have no way to complain and to seek strong help. I believe that most employees in TSC have strong trust of GOD, trust of fairness in this freedom country. However after church, why don't they do fair adjustments to 2001/2002 filers? I wish everyone were treated fairly in front of GOD. As a matter of fact, we were not, so we are not, will be not. The only way I see at present is waiting, waiting, and waiting until someday when GOD find we are too far behind TSC announced process time. My conclusion is it is useless for us without any rights, strong supports and helps to beg them to expedite our cases. Two reasons: One, we live politically in the bottom of society; two. Those officers are not real GOD believers so they don't care who the first is and who is next.

My attorney has sent an email saying that she has received my FP notice.

I did send a fax about 20 days back and one on last wednesday.

Address change on 08/15/04.

my wife as u guys know got last week . awaiting my sons hopefully next week
 
I recall quite some time ago that there were threads that said they turn the fax machines off at night. I don't know if this is still true.

I have noticed that when I fax around 6am, their fax machine doesn't answer. If I try again at about 8am, it works fine. It almost appears that someone comes in and turns it on when they get to work. (or maybe it ran out of paper...who knows.... :) )
