After waiting 3 years and 1 week , Our Green card has finally been approved. This whole process has caused me and my family a lot of pain ,just thinking of when the day would come.
I logged on to this web site daily ,sometimes 10 times daily.
I did a lot of inquirys into the case , each time they say , case pending or sent to supervisor.
I just want to thank God for his blessings,for keeping me together when i thought there was no hope left, also thanks to all the members of this forum that i feel i know personally , just logging in here and knowing i was not alone kept me sane, so please the rest of you waiting should just be patient , God will bless you all as we have been blessed

Patience usually pays of in the end. Enjoy the freedom and try to forget about the misery that this process has caused. I can totally relate to the literal torture this process causes. At times I fear that it might have permanently done some psy damage but alls well that ends well.

Congrats Geneba.. I am happy for you and also waiting with an RD of 09/02 with NSC. Can you please reveal what finally got the attention of USCIS to adjudicate your case. Thanks!

For those who want to know what triggered the approval , I have to say 3 years and 8 days is enough reason to trigger the approval
RD 4/30 /02, ND 5/3/02 ,FP done 11/20 /04, Name check cleared
My Lawyer was very helpful , always sending inquries to TSC , also sent thru AILA , last week she sent another inqury and they replied her on Friday saying our cases were out of the problem resolution area and would get a decision in a couple of days , yesterday we got the approval . :D

The inquiry was mainly thru my lawyer who contacted officers in the Texas center and thru AILA, also thru the 1800 number but that did not yield anything.
