Didn\'t your FP expire? This is a very important question for me. My RD is 5/99 and FP date is 10/99. I was thinking that my FP expired and I would get a notice to redo them very soon.

I did that two weeks back. The congress man\'s office was very prompt in folowing up with INS. They told me that my FP expires on 2/11 and INS might or might not process it before that since there wasn\'t enough time. My application didn\'t get approved before 2/11. So, I am assuming that I will get FP redo notice.

But, if your FP date is 9/99, yours would have expired in 1/01. But, your approval is in 2/01. So, does it mean that if the application goes to an officer before FP expires, it could be processed anyways?
Please help me understand this. If that is the case, I can still have my hopes up.
