More Approvals for the following cases:

Receipt Number Previous Status
SRC0217651589 RFE
SRC0217652297 RFE
SRC0217652540 Received (What about FP)

(approved. On June 16, 2004)

Wish one of them was mine.
 
For a minute, seeing at the title , i thought it was your cases.

I too had run the scan yesterday and noted these 3 approvals and wishes it was mine.

What are your thoughts on.

1. Case moving from Received to Approved. Does it mean FP was not required or Online status is not reliable?
2. Case transferred to local office for months and no update?

BTW: Thanks for updating the Member sheet.

From my tracking I do not know about FP info for these cases.

If it is any comfort for you. one of them jumped from Received to Approved :cool:

Here is my tracking info for the above cases:

I did not use a script, checked manually using the SRC's from the Excel sheet downloaded from the 485 tracker. I do not know Macro programming.

For cases moving from Received to Approved I think the online status was not updated for FP. Unless someone confirms that their 485 was approved without FP, I cannot believe it. On couple of occasions my case status was not updated (even 4/5 months after approval) in the USCIS site.

for the questions you asked -
I think austin_eda already answered.
The online case system is not 100%.
Those cases which moved from received to Approved must have got FPed but their status never got updated.

Now having said that, why are we not seeing any forum member from May 02
who has been approved.
TSC is still stuck on working on Feb-Apr 02 cases.
If you see in the members sheet, only 485pain has been approved.

Come on TSC, start looking at May 02 cases.
 
Until somebody says their online status moved from received to approved directly (but they actually did FP and was never updated online) it will be a guess.

Because early 2002 people were approved in month or 2 of filing 485 without FP. Also recently some people have indicated that first FP have expired and were approved after.

Wish some of the received 2 approved guys would clarify.
